I joined a league hoping it would be fun, but it was disorganized from the start. The schedule kept changing last minute, communication was slow, and half the time it felt like nobody really knew what was going on. It kind of had that “works when it wants” vibe, which got old fast. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it was mostly frustrating and not really worth the time.

I liked the overall feel of the club, honestly. It’s got a nice bit of buzz about it, especially when there are games on, and you can tell people are enjoying themselves. It’s not overly polished or trying too hard, which I actually prefer because sometimes places like that can feel a bit much, you know?
The only thing is, if you’re new, it can feel a little chilly at first. Not in a rude way or anything, the staff and players seemed fine, just not especially warm or chatty, so you’re kind of left figuring out the vibe on your own. I’d still go back, but yeah, a bit more friendliness would make a big difference.

I was trying to sort out a question about my order, so I sent their customer service team a message thinking I’d hear back fairly soon. A day passed, then more time went by, and I kept checking my inbox like maybe I’d missed something.

When they finally did respond, it was kind of disappointing. The reply was really brief and didn’t actually answer what I was asking, so I ended up having to message them again and explain the same thing all over.

The website itself was fine to use, and nothing about the whole experience was a total disaster, but the support side definitely left me frustrated. It just felt slow and a little careless, like I had to keep pushing to get a clear answer.

I tried it out it felt overpriced for what it was. Not saying it’s a scam, but once you add up the court time and all the little extras, it gets expensive fast. I’ve played at cheaper places that were just as good, maybe even better, so I didn’t really feel like the price was worth it.

I was thinking about joining thedistrictpadel.com, but the membership options put me off quickly.

It felt like I either had to pay more than I wanted for things I probably wouldn’t use, or go with a basic plan that didn’t seem to offer much. It also wasn’t super clear what you actually get, which made the whole thing feel a bit "off".

I just wanted something simple and fair for casual play, but it ended up feeling more confusing than it needed to be. Not for me, unfortunately — "1 star" from my experience

The place itself was fine. Nothing really wrong with it. But the staff... I don’t know, they just didn’t seem very friendly. Kind of made the whole visit feel a little awkward.

The place itself looked fine, but getting there was annoying. There isn’t much public transport nearby, and even parking ended up being a pain. I also expected some kind of follow-up afterward, but nobody reached out, which was frustrating.

I actually really like this place, the courts are nice and it’s a good place to play. But then you go to book a slot and suddenly it’s like, seriously? Everything fills up so fast. Still worth going if you can grab a time, though.

I played here once after work because a friend had booked a slot and it was close to where we were grabbing food later. The court just felt really worn down overall. The ball bounced strangely in a few spots, and the glass looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Maybe it was just the court we got, but I didn’t leave feeling like it was worth booking again.

and I’ve been a few times with our local padel group. The courts are decent and everyone we dealt with was friendly, but the booking process got a bit confusing once and replies were a little slow. Overall not a bad experience, just think it could be a bit smoother

I was excited to book a court and get everything set up, but the site made it more frustrating than it needed to be. Some parts were fine, then suddenly I’d hit a step that felt unclear or clunky and it took me out of it. I did get through it in the end, but by then I was more annoyed than relieved.

The rental rackets were decent enough to use, but they were worn out. I feel kind of stupid for trusting that they'd be in better condition

The class was okay overall, and the coach was nice, which definitely helped. But it felt a little all over the place at times, kind of mixed level and a bit rushed. I did learn a few things, so it wasn’t a waste, but for the price, wouldn’t you expect a bit more structure? I just wish it had been more organized and matched the group’s level better.

They seemed a bit unsure and mostly gave random tips without really explaining the technique properly. I kept thinking I should’ve saved the money or booked with someone else, because it didn’t feel like I got much value out of it

The place just felt grimy all around. The courts didn’t seem very clean, and the bathrooms were gross. I didn’t enjoy being there and probably won’t be coming back.
